Directors Ramy Kamel and Yasmin Bux have built PadsAbroad on a foundation of trust, transparency, and dedicated service. Over the years, they have personally assisted every client with professionalism and speed, ensuring that any issues with developers are addressed and resolved promptly.
From the first stage of contracting, we act to safeguard our clients’ interests. Every contract is carefully reviewed to include all client requirements and details, leaving no room for ambiguity or missing information. Once an agreement is finalized, we ensure the contract exchange between the client and the developer is completed efficiently and securely.
Our legal advisor, who has worked with us since 2008, reviews all project documentation thoroughly. Beyond legal verification, we also conduct background checks on developers and sellers. If any individual or company has a history of criminal or unethical activity, we refuse cooperation — regardless of how attractive the project may appear on paper. In addition, we confirm the credibility of every developer through the national security authorities to eliminate any potential risk of fraud.
Our mission is clear: to protect our clients from scams, dishonesty, and unethical practices.
Ms. Yasmin Bux leads client communication with exceptional responsiveness and honesty. Every question is answered transparently, whether the information is positive or negative. We believe in providing accurate advice, even if it means losing a deal — because long-term trust is far more valuable than short-term profit.
In the rare event of any misunderstanding between clients and developers, PadsAbroad steps in immediately to mediate and find a fair resolution for all parties involved.
Our support does not end with a sale. We offer clients detailed guidance about living in Hurghada, including lifestyle tips, safety advice, and local information to help them settle comfortably. If a client requires personal assistance, we are always available to help, without any profit motive — reflecting our genuine care and long-term commitment.
At PadsAbroad, we also hold a deep respect for our clients’ privacy and dignity. We do not take or publish photographs of clients upon purchasing their properties. Buying a home is a personal and private milestone, and we believe such moments should remain confidential. In our view, posting client photos serves only one purpose — marketing. However, we strongly believe that a company’s reputation should grow from the quality of its service, not from publicity.
We also strictly protect our clients’ personal data. PadsAbroad does not accept the CIL registration process or any similar registration methods that require sharing client details with third parties. Many projects demand that agents provide client names, phone numbers, or emails to secure a deal — but we always refuse, as this practice is not ethical. Unlike others, we never share our clients’ private information without explicit permission. We only provide such details after the client decides to proceed with a reservation, and even then, information is shared directly and exclusively with the developer.
We also encourage all our clients to share honest and detailed reviews about their experience with us — whether positive or negative. Transparency helps new clients make informed decisions, and honest feedback helps us improve. We never hide, edit, or delete any genuine review. If we have made a mistake, we believe we deserve a complaint; and if we have done well, we are grateful for the praise. Every opinion matters, and every review helps us serve better.
In the unfortunate event of a client’s passing, we assist their successors in completing all legal ownership transfer procedures, ensuring a smooth and lawful process.
